Workforce Consultants is a professional HR consulting and services firm. We have a team of 20 HR consultants throughout California, including Senior HR generalists, consultant attorneys, safety/OSHA, recruiters, trainers, payroll administration, and strategic specialists. We assign a dedicated primary consultant to every client and support efforts with a POD team to expand resources and impact.

Workforce Consultants was founded in 2010 by Greg Wilson and Don Dressler

Greg is a life long HR Professional. Prior to his HR consulting career, he served in a variety of HR roles, including Vice President of Human Resources for start-ups, midsize and large fortune firms. Greg is now the CEO of Workforce Consultants and leads a team of expert HR consultants and specialists. 

Don is a licensed employment attorney and expert in safety and OSHA. Prior to HR consulting, Don practiced law as a top leader managing and developing attorneys. He was also CEO of large corporations. Don is now our trusted employment attorney and safety expert that we continue to retain to this day.
