IT’S A “LIVE” LEARNING EXPERIENCE

The Supervisor Academy

Program
Overview

Provides comprehensive training and development experience in leadership skills necessary to influence and inspire employees. Includes Goals, Objectives, KPIs, Communication methods and Social Styles, Discipline, Team Management, Performance Investigations, Rewards and Terminations. The program offers a blend of video LMS with classroom instruction (multiple sessions), role plays, real world homework application, and interactive discussion. Programs are offered for Workforce Consultants Clients and to Public Training Events. We offer major discounts for Workforce Client packages. Clients may elect us to customize the program for their unique work environment.

Program Components

Focus on clear learning objectives with real workplace application

  • Training Academy Kickoff session
  • Prework for lesson personalization and Video reviews
  • Email check-ins by the training team
  • Multiple onsite “live” sessions–three to four hours per session–lecture, interactivity, role-plays, homework assignments
  • Homework to practice the concepts that were learned–Must report on the homework at each live session

Why is the Workforce Supervisor Academy series so unique and highly effective compared to traditional training programs?
