The programs include “live” onsite training and practice with supplemental learning by video and assignments to reinforce learning.

Every participant will be involved in live-session practice for each learning concept followed by instant feedback.

Every participant will provide pre-work by topic so the instructors can address their specific real-life challenges.

Every participant will be required to practice the learned concepts “on the job” and will report on their experiences to the class. In other words, we expect that learned concepts will stick and be ready for immediate impact in your workplace.
